Buying and signing in
You do not need to sign up to buy: your name, email and nationality are enough, and the ticket reaches you by email. That email is your account: to see your tickets, type it in Sign in with the six-digit code we send you. It works in every city.
Becoming a member
Use your member card number and the code your section gave you. If they do not match its list, the team reviews your request.
Tickets and refunds
Your tickets and their QR codes are in My tickets. To ask for a refund, open your ticket within the allowed period. The section decides.
Your details and photos
Update your details in your profile and ask for a photo to be removed from the photo itself. For event issues, contact the section through its usual channels.
