What we keep
Your account stores your name, email, language and nationality and, if you give them, your province or region and your member card number, which you can change or clear in your profile. When you buy, this browser remembers your details for next time; you can clear them from the form. At an event you go to, ticket holders and the section’s team see your short name and your flag; your province is shown to no one. Each section sees the memberships and purchases of its own community, according to its team’s permissions.
Membership
We check it with your member card number and your section’s code. We do not store identity documents: those columns are ignored when lists are imported.
Emails
Purchase and account messages are always sent. Each section’s news can be turned off in your profile. Private galleries need permission.
Preview
Before real sales open we will publish the controller’s identity, the contact for your rights and the retention periods.
